I’ve come into your North Adams store many times.. usually later in the evening. The workers that I’m use to seeing are always so nice to my dog Sasha and I do my best to keep her quiet and they tell me it’s okay and not to worry. However I’ve been in during the afternoon a couple of times (I forgot this was why I avoid day shopping) anyway, this girl Brittany has an aggressive personality towards customers and made a comment towards a man about nail polish being his (it was mine, I had it on the counter cuz my hands were full and she knew this) and the guy didn’t take too kindly to her rude comment but when about his business and left. After that she kept complaining to me about how guys like that are bullies and narcissists and then went on about her narcissistic ex etc telling me her whole life story. Anyway.. 2nd time I went while she was working she kept following me around the store and watching me which eventually my dog barked cuz my dog is protective of me and she’s an emotional support dog. she happens to be a barker becuz she’s not a biter! It’s her way of letting people know to leave me aloneget away cuz my anxiety gets so bad that I can’t say it myself. So anyway the moment she hears a bark she tells me I can’t bring my dog in the store etc she’s gonna scare customers. (No one else was in there at this time) I politely said she’s a service dog and not a biter at all and I picked Sasha up which helps calm her and the girl left it be for this time after trying to argue with me in a nice tone. Now here’s the 3rd time. it was the 1st of the month so I forgot a lot more people are out shopping. Sasha was quiet for most of the time till someone looked at hertalked to her .. i grabbed the things I was getting and headed for the last couple of hygienics that I needed and Brittany (your store clerk) was aggressive and said I’ve told you before she can’t be in her service dogs dont bark. I said I’m about to leave anyway and she gave me a dirty look and said excuse me!?! so then I started ignoring her.. and she kept being rude about that too! Yelling at me and causing a scene. Eventually I wound up being kicked out of the store when I snapped and swore back at her after telling her repeatedly to leave me alone and just call the cops. Then she calls over these grubby looking wussy dudes she thinks of as “security” to dramatize the situation and feel all big and bad. I’m beyond sickened by this.. I was just trying to get a few things that I needed. This girl is intentionally seeking people out that anxiety and other complications and picking fights with them. i feel if the other workers I’m familiar with where there, they would have stuck up for me. Therefor since I can no longer step into the store I feel Brittany (young blonde) should be given the same punishment and terminated as she’s got some kind of power trip going on and it’s not fair to people who are just trying to get the things they need and go about their day. I shouldn’t be harassed while shopping. Thank you
