Went to Doctor’s Urgent Care 09 July 2018 due to excessive bleeding after knee surgery. Doctor appeared in exam room & stated “I’m not going to treat you, I wont even examine you”. I left & went to the emergency room. Called my insurance company (Medical Mutual of Ohio) & explained, requested they not pay any claim from this company. Doctors Urgent Care sent me a bill for an office visit. I called & spoke to the office manager who said she would write it off. They have since re-billed my insurance company & sent me a bill for the $20 co-pay.This constitutes fraud due to the fact that the doctor never examined or treated me.
