Direct Express — People don’t know what they are doing

I was suppose to receive a card that I never received now they are charging me to get another one expitited I have called 7 times and got 7 different answers for the same question I ordered a card expedited on Jan 3rd 2023 and waiting for a tracking number to see where my card is I got told I would receive it on Thursday Jan 5th 2023 then when I called back not even 5 min later I got told they don’t receive the tracking number until it’s out for delivery then I got told by another supervisor that I would not receive it until Jan 6th 2023 this is my rent money that they are playing with the staff is rude and unhelpful. Find out where my card is and reimburse me for the money they took
