Agreement was made via Phone and DWSD site, complainant received ation for transaction, ation 171165407537 for account 8002808301, as of this date complainant have not received any ation of agreement. Complaint can be resolved by issuing an payment agreement to complainant via email ( richardamcclung@yahoo.com ) or postal service to address 13130 Kilbourne St, Detroit, Mi, 48213, complainant would appreciate monthly billing statements also
