I was charged $500 dollars for one month when I typically only use 30-50 dollars of water. I called because there was no way the bill was right, as I had been traveling as part of my company, and therefore, there was no water usage. DWS has said that it doesn’t make sense but they refuse to credit me and instead, gaslight me as to my water usage. I need help resolving that but that bill does not make any sense!!! Give me credit for that bill and change that 500 dollar charge to what i actually use: 30-50 dollars worth
