Defamation and Libel

The name of my Ambient music project is Telum Atramenti. I also use this account as my main Facebook account. There are no other Telum Atramentis there. All of the 5 Soundcloud accounts, You Tube account, Modius account, Hearthis account and Bandcamp account are all mine. I have produced LPs with IDJ Europe subsidiary “Space Lotus” There is a 4 track teaser LP you can find there. Few even know Latin sufficiently well to understand the play of words in the name. The “complaint” submitted against Telum Atramenti” is an attempt at libel, the worst kind, punishable by prison terms both in United States and Canada. I don’t have a business under this name. But I created a free for all to use public Facebook page with my Telum Atramenti account which concerns items and arrows abandoned or lost at E.T. Seton archery range. It’s called E.T. Seton Archery Range Lost and Found, – please confirm it exists and that I am its creator and one of admins. I pledged that I am 100% committed to Free Speech and will never remove anyone’s comment or post for “offensive language” or opinion, something the other group dedicated to E.T. Seton range does regularly. The group I created has returned many arrows and personal items to owners. No one was “sexually assaulted” or raped, and no one was charged a penny for the services. Group is an act of love, voluntary, no one pays me or anyone else to regularly check the field for arrows or to return them to owners. We do it on our own time. Reason for libel is jealousy that someone else other than they are is doing things for the range and has put more work and personal funds into the range than they did. Like I mentioned it’s puerile gang mentality. None of these people have the guts to attack me physically, not even as a group, they know there’ll be **** to pay, all they can do is create fake libelous listing like this one. Please remove the listing before this goes to courts. I have already informed my attorney. You can also contact me on You Tube. I disabled my Facebook account because I passed the group to someone else to manage as I don’t have that much free time lately.
