Crypto funds being held hostage

I cannot access my email account because my domain for my business no longer exists. The email associated with that domain holds my cyrpto funds at Bittrex. To complicate matters, I also have an account with my current email with Bittrex. So when I tried to change my business email to my current personal email, Bittrex wouldn’t allow it. I asked why they couldn’t merge the accounts as they are both my accounts, personal accounts, nothing related to business names or anything like that, but they couldn’t woudnt do it. When I asked what I need to do to get my crypto funds changed from the email I cant access they said I would have to provide a new email as well as identity verification, which of course was fine. I did all that they asked and then the agent out of no where said that the matter needed to be handled by a specialist. I now was talking with a new agent who said I was writing about a ticket that was the account I wanted to use not the one I cant access. I was very clear what I was trying to do but they don’t seem to be listening. Now it has been 17 days and the last response i have had was 6 days ago. They wont even tell me what I need to do or direct me what they require. Merge my email account since I have provided my proven identity and provided everything they have asked of me.
