I have not unsubstantial account holdings with Crypto.com The support says that they can not provide me with a balance statement on my account. Their app shows my holdings, however an accountant does not want a screenshot, but a printed report with my name and a company letterhead and a date. Crypto.com says that they can not provide a written account balance to me for my Investments held on their platform.
