Very very rude! Radisha (however you spell her name)Jackson, MS she very rude, doesn’t listen to the concerns of customers, aggressive and loud. I informed her of my situation with having to file bankruptcy. I was told by my lawyer to have MS title cash to call them and speak with them about anything that has to do with my account. She goes to tell me that she cant call them I said fine I will have them call you. She then states no there going to have a to call the corporate office. I’m still paying the attorney for my bankruptcy and it’s taking a little longer due to hardship. I then continue getting many calls from this same young lady on my cell and at my job. My account is not even 30 passes due. She recently called and told me that since they haven’t heard from my lawyer they will have to file court papers on me. I said ok that’s fine but what’s crazy is she told me that they can’t talk to my lawyer. So I’m confused about how you can do that when u want to call and talk to him. I would not recommend anyone use this company unless that young lady is not employed there anymore. She doesn’t have a welcome spirit when you even walk into the store.
