They have denied me my access to my account money. They have told me that they would get back to me in 4 to 5 days.its been 30 days now. Coinbase has denied me access to my money and crypto cions. The amount is **** to ****. That should be a felony theft. I have made every effort to get ahold of someone to talk to but all i get is a form letters and no answers. I have told them what I believe was the problem is and only get” 4 to 5 days we will give you a answer “they have done this 4 times now. well it has been almost 30 days. I have ask them to unlock my account. THEY REFUSE. I have tried to send emails, postal mail, complaint forms on their website and still get “4 to 5 day form letter” I ask if my account was “hacked”and they locked my account. I didn’t ask to have my account locked.the money in my cionbase account is my money which I am being denied access to it is like say you can’t get into your bank account.
