I had my carpet cleaned by this business on 6/17 and I paid $97.38. After they finished cleaning my carpet it did not look any better. I was told to wait to see how it looked once it dried, that it should get lighter. I called the office back and said that it did not look any better. They sent someone two gentlemen out and they said they would clean it again but the carpet was “worn” and it would do any good to clean it again. I said there is no point in cleaning it again if it would do any good. I would just like to have my money back.
