Chick-fil-A — Missing items and Rude Gen Manager

Missing sandwich from order. Have encountered multiple missing items over several weeks with this location. Returned to greet a partially trained manager who replaced the item. I asked for GM and Owner info: was reluctant to share and provided the 1-800 number only. GM was present and manager stated “he is too busy to talk to you”. Was given an old card of previous owner to confuse and deceive my issue. Made a complaint with customer service and never heard back from Spencer Frey the current owner by phone call or email. Current rewards member who spends generously with this establishment. Will encourage others to choose a different location. Owner needs to reach out to me regarding my personal experience and address ongoing issues with unprofessional and poorly trained staff. How is my money ok to take but not my concerns?
