This sleeze bag owns Dr Delphinium Designs, a floral shop in Dallas, and he sleeps with all of his employees. He acts like a big family man who is all virtuous when in reality he’s banging every girl he can at the shop. It got so out of hand that the rumors at the office were that he had to pay out an ex-employee after coercing her into having ***. She was a huge **** too so who really knows. DO NOT WORK THERE. He’s constantly making sexual innuendos or hinting at sexual stuff or trying to steer the conversation that direction. It only took me a couple of very uncomfortable years of constant sexual harassment to quit. When I told HR about it they quickly had his back while mine was out the door. Heard he was finally able to do away with his crazy wife and now he’s sleeping with multiple of the girls. He’s short and bald so of course he gives the ladies a little extra in pocket change and a little extra in the DRD department too.
