A couple weeks ago I was contacted by Cash App via email and was informed that my account had been closed due to violating standards. I called customer support and they would not give me any information about account, or the reasons it was closed. I am not responsible for any violations on this account as I have had an identity theft, that has been reported to the FBI, and I am sure that any violation is due to this hacker. I use Cash App often and would like to be allowed to open another account. Customer service told me that I am banned for life, and the agent would not let me talk to a fraud or investigation department. I would like a new account, and be allowed to be back on Cash App…Allow me back on the platform since I did nothing wrong.
