Carvana — GREG SHAND MISSING PARTS AND WRONG VEHICLE DELIVERED

WHEN I PICKED THE CAR VIA CARVANNA ONLINE APP IT WAS A RED 2017 FORD EXPLORER MISSING NO PARTS YET I WAS SENT AND SOLD ONE THAT HAD A LARGE SCRATCH IN THE DRIVER DOOR, MISSING FRONT WATER SHIELD ON THE BOTTOM OF THE FRONT OF THE CAR AND THE CAR WAS NOT CLEANED AS PROMISED. WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET CARVANNA TO REPLACE THIS FOR A YEAR OR MORE. REPLACE THE PART AND FIX THE DAMAGE OR REFUND THE APPRORAITE AMOUNT TO FIX IT MYSELF. WE HAVE EVEN TRIED TO HOLD THE PAYMENTS TILL THEY FIXED IT BUT THEY KEEP SAYING BRIDGCREST IS RESPONSIBLE. BRIDGECREST TRIED TO REPO THE CAR WHEN I DID THIS. 440-864-2741 IS MY PHONE.
