Carvana — False Advertising Unethical Business Practice

As I was going through the sales process with Carvana it was told to me that Carvana would offer a voucher, in the form of a check for up to $200 for the flight I would have to book from Denver to Salt Lake to pick up my car. I found the info on their blog spot but also several 3rd party sites such as NerdWallet. I booked the flight, and then based upon a 2nd conversation saying that there is a way to get my car delivered I did not join that flight – I purchased this seat for 48$. Later that day I recieved a call and then it was told that I had to fly to Utah to pick the car up, and they had no notes about my prior call regardign delivery. I then rebooked a flight for the next day for $124, thinking that both flights still come under the $200 allowance. I flew and picked up my car and gave the carvana rep the info and she said the reimbursement wont be a ploblem and to call HQ to see about processing. I did so and they said they do not have that program anymore and they will not issue funds for the flights even though it clearly stated on on their ste
