Purchased a 2013 Expedition. There were paint defects that were not in the ad so their HORRIBLE warranty company started a claim for that to get painted. Few weeks after needed to have all power steering, rack and pinion tires were at 232 and not safe to drive. Then went to get transmission put in, all within 2.5 months. They didnt even put in a reman tranmission they used a junk yard one after the install the used transmission is slipping but cannot be duplicated all the time and not in warranty due to needing car and their only shop in area not opened for a week when i needed to bring it in. Then shop did 300 miles while testing junked transmission they installed and 4 wheeldrive is not working since transmission installed. Carvana and Silverrock are like your problem. I wanted them to take this vehicle back and put me in something similarequal or just take back and give me downpayment and sales tax back.
