CarShield — Customer put through hoops to avoid repairs

My ML350 Mercedes Benz has been sitting at InTown Auto care in Moorestown, New Jersey since October 29th of 2021. It was taking for revving high and loud clicking sound. It is now the 16th of November and my car still sits untouched by Mechanics who are waiting on the claim adjuster to give ok. The first claim adjuster needed a video sound of the engine. That was sent in by Auto Shop right away. A week later the shop hears nothing. I, Dwayne H. Boone, the customer, call American Auto Shield, only to find out that Paul, the Claim Adjuster, neglected to file the sound video on the computer. Then Paul calls InTown Auto and tells them to tear down the car but don’t work on it until he comes out inspects the parts. In the meantime, InTown Auto calls me and explains that he has to wait for the adjuster, and then he still has to order parts, once he gets the ok. I am upset my wife is upset. This is a horror story. Fix the car since the delay is on American Auto Shield.
