The vehicle you sold us is NOT as agreed to My wife looked went to Cars of Florida in February 2019 with a friend and found a car she really liked that was within the budget she gave the Sales Representative. We went together later that day to put down a deposit and test drive the car. I brought up a list of issues that we wanted fixed before we purchased the vehicle – after arguing and walking out with the 2 Owners / Sales Representatives about fixing the obvious issues we finally came to an agreement. We went back on the day we were told all of the problems would be fixed only to find out they hadn’t fixed them yet, during this time the Owner / Sales Representative started a verbal altercation with me in front of my Wife and Son. Finally, we were told the vehicle was ready a week later and went to pick up the vehicle. They did not fulfill about half of the things we agreed we would have done. We decided to settle because we were in need of this vehicle and they already had half of our money for the vehicle (even though we agreed these things would be done). It has been 3 months since the vehicle was picked up from them. The day after taking it home the check engine light came on and hasnt turned off. the front tire (that was supposed to be replaced) blew out, the A/C does not work properly, It has sensor issues, and last night the entire break line blew while driving almost causing us to have a severe accident. This business is not a good place to purchase your next vehicle. They do not take these cars in on “trade” like they say, they buy them from a crappy auction down the road. They are liars, they’re confrontational, and the cars are lemons.
