Using my app for whopper Wednesday, when I placed my order I was told by the manager the code was not working that I needed to pull to the second window. When I showed her the code and the timer was running on it, she stated the code was not valid and it must have already been used. I told her no I had just opened up the app for the first time today while waiting in line. She stated there was no way to use the number and there was nothing she could do. I said there was no way that a manger could over ride the code. She said no. She made me feel like it was my fault the app was not right, not that she should be doing everything she could to resolve the issue. She then said I was getting to loud and needed to move on. I asked again how is this my issue with the app not working and that I was just stating the facts, she stated again she couldn’t help me and tossed my money back and stated Have a nice day. Which I replied F@@k off! I’m 60 years young and have never been treated with such disrespect as I was with her. I have been a life long fan of BK but after this incident I have deleted my App and will never eat there again and will let everyone I know how unprofessional this restaurant in Wapakoneta is. Since this manager has came on board at this location the service here has became atrocious. She does not want to help or care about customer service in any fashion. Sad that this has happened and this is the first time in my life I have felt this way about any restaurant that I frequent. When did it become that the person spending the money no longer matters and that they will not provide the best customer service possible.
