Booking.com — STEALING OF MY MONEY

I made a reservation on Booking.Com and cancelled within a minute. I got an email from Booking.Com that my canellation was successful. But on checking my account later, my money was not refunded and Booking.Com is saying that there is nothing they can do – that’s I will not be refunded for a reservation that I cancelled immediately with Free Booking.Com cancellation. I have called Booking.Com on several occasions and they keep giving me the same answer- that the B b Meetehof in Belgium is refusing the refund. I want a refund – even if it partial. They cannot take full payment for a reservation that was cancelled immediately
