Booking.com — Incompetent uncaring resolution phone operators

I recived my hotel ation on Friday August 4th, I checked as scheduled on August 6th and was told that booking.com had not sent a virtual CC and they could not check me in for that reason. I spoke to Booking.com person who said hat no money was charged to my CC and I should send them a screen shot of my bank statement. I have been standing trying to check in for 40 minutes. I called my CC and they had the charge from Booking.com and been charged on August 3rd. Person on phone did not care. I am not sending someone my bank information. Next person came in and had the exact same problem. The attitude of your employees need to adjust since this was Booking.coms doing, but did not want to help resolve the issue. It was up to me to prove that Booking.com made the error. Never will I book with this company again.
