I booked hotel YH SUITE 131 about a request for the renewal of the voucher for ation number 2736058176. Due to the pandemic the whole country was in lockdown how I was supposed to travel during the lockdown, they refused to extend the voucher plus there is no solid reason. These ongoing issues I will take this further if not solved.
