Bojangles — Unacceptable Business Practices

At 5:06 p.m., I placed a large mobile order ($60 worth) and the app said it would be ready within 30 minutes. I arrived at the location at 5:15 and checked in. At 5:37, my app showed that my order was complete and that someone would be out shortly with the food. At 5:50, still no food, so I went to the drive thru window where I was informed that the chicken had just been pulled from the fryer and they would bring it out as soon as it was boxed. 15 minutes later, my food was brought to my vehicle. The gentleman who came out said that the delivery truck was running late and the two 12 gallons of tealemonade that came with my meal were unavailable and he offered 4 fountain drinks instead. I declined, because I didn’t order fountain drinks. He never offered a voucher, or for me to return another time to pick up the half gallons or a partial refund. To make matters worse, my food order was incorrect and there was a side item missing. $60 and 60 minutes of my time that can’t be recovered. Totally unacceptable! Refund at least a portion of the $60 I paid to wait an hour and get an incomplete and inaccurate food order!
