I cannot withdraw BTC into my trading wallet – I get error 53 or error 38. I emailed and they asked for screenshots – I sent them but received no reply. I went to chat and uploaded them there. BUT they couldn’t tell me what the errors were. – which is unbelievable. I told them I’d lost money because BTC dropped. I still can’t withdraw. It’s now been 3 days since I have been unable to sell my BTC. Sort out why I can’t sell my BTC – and give me compensation.
