The issue that I have experienced was: I registered an account and got verified. I have deposited money inside using Apple Pay. The bank card for the Apple Pay is under my husband’s name but it is linked to our joint account. When I deposit, it has no any problem. But few hours later, my account is blocked. I try to figure out what is going on via live chat. But when I still ask questions from them, they just close the live chat many times without any notification. I have opened the live chat many times in order to get an answer. It waste me a lot of time. They cancel my account without giving me any reason. It is alright. I just want to get my balance back. In the app, it says I can withdraw anytime during their review but actually I cannot. And some of their staff member told me I can withdraw during their review time, but some says no. It makes my very frustrated. Later, they said they need some documents from me. I have sent all the documents they need to them. Finally, a staff named Megan S said she is happy to process the withdraw for me. But later, I receive another email says they need to call me in order to discuss further . I do n know why it is so complicated. Once you accept my deposit, you should give it back in the same pathway. It costs a lot of my time and energy and make me very disappointed now. Please help me with this. I was hurt seriously. I even want to seek help from the counseling services for their hurt to me. Get my balance back
