After Making a reservation, was realized dates were wrong. Called to change verbally. Was not done. Charged my CC, they refused a credit or refund. Made reservations on Thurs. 3/4, called the next day when realized the dates were a month off. Called and requested date correction verbally, assumed it was done. Saw that CC was charged full amount, and called again. Prop. Manager was extremely rude, said it was too bad, that the dates were incorrect, and that I was out $750 for a 2 night stay I never received. Not even a refund for cleaning fees, etc… this is predatory, and an unreasonable practice.
