The plane was 1.5 hours late to take off. Not one person for the airline said a word about it. They couldn’t get the wheelchairs out the door. No apology or mention of anything. We missed our reservations we had made with family. I will not fly Avelo again. Very disappointed , also seats are way too close to each other and uncomfortable I don’t know but I never flew on an airline that didn’t apologize for the going on 2 hour delay and not say a word. So very unorganized. I would give no stars
