I purchased a Darcy sofa in early 2019. The sofa cushion were wearing out way before the manufacturer warranty expired. I went to the Lindburg store in Atlanta where I purchased the sofa to ask for replacement cushions. I did receive two square replacement cushions but I have yet to get the chaise cushion. O have been trying for 5 MONTHS to get that one piece. I would expect the sofa to last at least 2 years before seeing signs of wearing out. My sofa seats were declining within 6 months after purchase.
