Argos — Cooker purchased and not delivered

My disabled mother purchased a cooker which was due to be delivered on Sunday the 19 of September, which she and I was up at 7am waiting for to then ring them after delivery window to be told delivery had been attempted, which had never happened! We tried to explain that this did not happen and where is the cooker to be told they didn’t know and that there might not be one available! And she would need to reorder! Absolutely ridiculous. My disabled mother is now without a cooker for another week as they can’t deliver new order until next Sunday! Always had high regards for Argos but this has totally changed my mind, not good customer service at all! They need to do something to restore mine and my mothers faith in Argos as we are both very disappointed with the service we have received and will not be using their service in the future unless this is resolved,
