Met with Anthony Godwin to rent a property last week. Not sure what property he was showing online, but the one I seen was a **** hole. Anthony Godwin tried to play if up over the phone, but some of his pictures of rentals are not accurate. Anthony Godwin appears to be the used car salesman of the real-estate world. Dont waste your time in looking at his properties, they are not an accurate description!!
