American Express — Glitch is there system

I have account with American Express who I’ve been with for years okay let I have had a account with American Express I have had for many of years okay I always have made my payments on time when I fell into hard time I even contacted American Express and let them knew that I may couldn’t pay the payment or whatever the case may be but moving forward thanks have picked up so I basically been making all my payments on time every time that you go to that website I always pay my payment online website is very slow with like it’s a glitch and it’ll just keep going to like change the language or the country or just different thing so when I went in contacted American Express on October 5th because they sent me an email saying they didn’t get the payment basically they’re going to tell me that they didn’t get a payment since since August 31st every time I asked him about this before where I made a payment and it’s not taking out American Express know their system had a glitch and won’t fix
