My wife and I purchased a metal building in Nov 2019 that was installed in Dec 2019. After the first heavy rain following installation, the building had a number of leaks, some of which were from missing trim sections. I made the company aware of the issue and was told that the installation company would contact me to make a repair appointment. 12 days later, the installation company called and set up an appointment for the following week but, 5 days before that appointment, they called again and cancelled. I am now told by Alans Factory Outlet that a repair can take 30-60 days to arrange, which is unacceptable. I have a $6000 building that I can not use and have no idea when the leaking problem will be rectified.
