On January 21, 2021 we ordered a carport garage metal building from Allans factory outlet. We put a deposit of $928. We were told that we would have the carport between 90 and 120 days. It has now been over that. We have sent emails and repeatedly tried to contact them. They have no delivery date insight. We asked specifically to have it by June 29 because my daughter got married on that day. They still have no delivery in sight.Is there any way that we can get the building delivered within the next two weeks or get a refund of our $928 deposit. We are getting nowhere with Allens factory outlet. Attached I will show you the contract and apparently is who they are going to use to assemble the building, but the building hasn’t even left the outlet. It has been well over 120 days and we are tired of waiting . Also We paid for a permit and that permit has an expiration date.
