I ordered an enclosed carport/garage through Alan’s Factory Outlet on August 24th, 2020. I gave them several thousand dollars as a deposit. It’s now July 1, 2021, and I still don’t have my building. I’ve been repeatedly lied to about my order. Whenever I try to get an update on when I might receive my building, I get a run around and no answers. I just want my building. I have a signed contract, and I expect it to be fulfilled. My building permit will be expiring too, and ****** should pay for the renewal since they’ve failed to deliver my building thus far.
