11/4/19 – We ordered a 20×21 Regular Style Carport from Alan’s Factory Outlet and paid 10% down and signed contract. Was told the normal time for install would be around 4-5 weeks. 12/11/19 – Received a call from ******* at ******** ******** to schedule an install of this carport for the afternoon of Tuesday, 12/17/19. 12/15/19 – ******* called to postpone install til Friday, 12/20/19 (raining SOMEWHERE) 12/19/19 – ***** called to reschedule for next day, Saturday, 12/21/19 (installer had truck issues but another installer was picking up the supplies and would be here on Saturday afternoon) 12/21/19- PRESENT – NO CALL NO SHOW
