place order/paid down payment 5-7-21; signed e-contract 6-3-21; several weeks later was asked for pics of site so install can be scheduled;>month before heard back & got install date(7-30-21, Friday);they cancelled & rescheduled for Monday, 8-2-21; told it would be AM but had to wait at site all day; left site for 10 minute to use bathroom, return and continued to wait ALL DAY; No show; called that PM & she didn’t know anything, then called crew manager; called us back to say crew showed up(when i was in the bathroom) and could not install because they had 2 man crew and needed more guys; the crew NEVER called us to say they were there & shorthanded, so crew left(neighbor observed crew come, talk on phone, then gone < 10 minutes); said our fault small crew sent, despite us sending pics of site CLEARLY. said didn’t know when chew will be back(1-2months??)and would not call us with update(said ‘too busy’). I want my deposit fully refunded(holding deposit hostage
