I attempted to order a pizza online and due to the phone service, I was unable to complete the transaction. I called and attempted to order the pizza, the lady who answered the phone was having issues and transferred me to the local store. I very nice young man answered the phone and after I gave my name, he said he saw that my order went through, and my pizza should arrive in about 20 minutes. After 35 minutes, I called back to the store and spoke with the same young man, and he remembered speaking with me; but could not find my order. He then transferred me to a female manager who also attempted to locate my order. She also could not find my order. I asked her how can we rectify this (all I wanted was a promise that my pizza would be prioritized.) She said I did not order anything. I reviewed that, I had called and had spoken to someone at her store, and they ed my now missing order and asked again how can we rectify this. No answer, I then said you really do not want me to put my boyfriend on the phone. She then stated are you threatening me? I advised no- it is just that I you be an easier person to speak with. She then HUNG up. I called back and requested her name and the name and phone for her manager and she hung up again. Again, the man in the store ed he saw my order. Mistakes errors happen, out after about 45 minutes of waiting for a pizza and not getting one, it is upsetting. Again, all she had to do was say I am sorry for the error, let me take it again along with your credit card and I will get it out there as quickly as possible. However they feel is fitting, I would be nice to finally get my pizza.
