I placed an order for a Google Pixel 6 Pro on 12/3/2021. Order # is GS.**************, total price with tax was $*******. On 12/21/2021 a shipping box was dropped off in my driveway by *****. The shipping box contained a Pixel 6 Pro box inside, but that box had been opened and the phone removed. I attempted to contact Google support on 12/21/2021 but wait times were over 45m so I gave up. On 12/22/2021 I contacted Google support using there chat option and explained what had happened. I was advised that Google would be back to me in 1-2 business days. Since then I have repeatedly been told by Google that the matter is under review “by specialists”. I have contacted them at least 10 times. At each interaction, they promise resolution in 1-2 days. Resolution has never happened. Now, they don’t even respond to my emails.
