I arrived to the drive through behind one other customer and was asked to hold. I patiently waited even though there was not anyone else in the drive through other than me and the car before me once I arrived. I arrived around 5:51a.m. The cashier began taking my order around 5:55a.m. I wanted a Frisco sandwich combo but was informed by the cashier that the Frisco machine was down so I chose the Chicken sandwich combo with an orange juice. Got to the window and the cashier was very rude (the African-American lady had a blonde and black wig on), placed my order on the counter started fixing cars behind me orders while mine sat on the counter. She then went and got my orange juice out the refrigerator sat that on the counter by my food and proceeded to turn her back towards the window to talk to a younger gentleman with a light blue shirt on. After finishing their conversation she then started taking my money and handing me my order. I asked for grape jelly and didn’t receive cause by then it was now 5:57a.m and I had no time to deal with anyone’s unprofessional. I got to work at 6:00a.m looking for a receipt to file a complaint and there was not one. I begin eating my chicken sandwich to find out it was raw still throughout the inside. I also took pictures and called at 6:42a.m and got no answer. I could not leave my workplace to come back but I will definitely be bringing this food back. I would like a refund being that I am pregnant and scared to even try the food again because this could of sent me to the hospital for bacteria or Salmonella. I would like for customer service representatives to start treating their customers with respect. We are paying customers and expect to get treated with respect especially when we are giving the respect.
