Evri — Failure to deliver

We haven’t had a delivery driver in our area for months. Their service is disgraceful and companies should re consider when using especially if the company is offering next day delivery. It just doesn’t happen here in North Norfolk. We have ordered from various companies, Next, Smyths toy shop, The Works, and others. We have paid next day delivery for items and received them three weeks later!! When will companies realise this delivery service from EVRI os unacceptable. EVRI shouldn’t offer a next day service option to companies in areas they are struggling to cover, as their first step. Secondly they should offer to reimburse companies for having to re deliver or refund the service they cannot deliver in a timely manor. Thirdly EVRI should offer the customer the chance to give better customer service by actually speaking with and an email address so customers can contract them
